David G. Waters
President and CEO
The Arcanum Group is led by David Waters, an Air Force veteran with 20 years of business experience in operations and general management. As a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Six Sigma Black Belt, David provides clear direction to TAG’s Senior Executive Board, while every day demonstrating commitment to the professional development of TAG’s team of employees. David’s organizational vision and strategy planning experience coupled with his logistical skills have allowed him to turn concepts into fully-realized enterprise solutions for countless Government and private sector customers.
Lance Wierenga
Chief Financial Officer
Lance is a financial and strategic planning expert with more than 20 years of leadership and management experience in profit and non-profit sectors. Lance’s areas of expertise include business operations and infrastructure, risk analysis and treasury management, accounting and financial systems development. His proven record of leading successful teams, solving problems, improving operational efficiencies, and overcoming obstacles to achieve goals has made Lance an indispensable resource in the development of many of TAG’s customer solutions.
Anne B. Waters
Executive Vice President
Anne is an accomplished executive manager and developer with more than 19 years of extensive business and financial knowledge. Anne’s excellent analytical skills, ability to simplify complex issues and exercise innovation have provided the basis for positive results. Possessing exceptional communication and documentation skills, Anne is known for her ability to present creative concepts clearly and concisely. Her planning and implementation abilities have been behind many of The Arcanum Group’s custom client solutions. Anne holds a Master’s of Science in Management degree, is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), and has advanced working knowledge of software and application development practices.
