TAG History
David and Anne Waters founded The Arcanum Group in 2001. After leaving the Air Force in 1993, David worked in the telecommunications industry. Ultimately, he began to think about forming his own business. The core values instilled in him through his Air Force service – decisiveness, integrity, commitment, loyalty, energy and sincerity – served him well as he made the transition to business owner.
With many years of business analysis and corporate leadership experience already, Anne was the natural choice to serve as TAG’s vice president. TAG’s earliest focus was on telecommunications services. Since those early years of the business, David and Anne have continually expanded and evolved The Arcanum Group’s services, ultimately shaping it into the trusted partner to multiple Federal Agencies it is today. Now, TAG is a leading small business provider of Program and Project Management, Human Capital solutions and IT services. TAG’s founders continue to grow and expand the business each year.
